The Journey of Introspection

Welcome to my website. :)

The journey that led me to this moment of launching my website has been intense, rewarding, and beautiful. I have truly found myself through turning my focus inward, instead of on all the distractions we face in the world. The way I feel about life is truly amazing and I want to help others get to this point.

The moment I realized I achieved inner peace was a few weeks ago when I dropped an entire pan of freshly cooked chicken on the floor. It didn’t even phase me and I simply picked it up and cleaned it up as if nothing had happened. I was completely unaffected by it, to my surprise. My old self would have been like “F*** come on.” I guess I just appreciate every single day that I am alive. I want to make the most of every day because another is never promised. There is so much to be thankful for that most people don’t regularly acknowledge. This includes, for example, having eyesight and being able to walk. Something as minor as dropping food is not worth getting upset over and allowing my energy to be affected by.

Maintaining a state of inner peace 100% of the time is extremely difficult to achieve, and is my ultimate goal. There are still times that I feel lower vibrations, which is a normal part of life. But for the majority of the time, I feel at peace. This is due to the vast amount of time that I have dedicated to working on myself. Any time I am experiencing something negative, I quickly figure out what the lesson is from it. And that is a big part of this journey. Staying on top of your thoughts and looking at yourself from an outside view. Introspection is key.

In this world, we face many distractions. I believe that they are set to distract us from realizing our power, which could change society as we know it if everyone realized this. Society would not function in the same way. Over the past few years, I found myself avoiding my phone as much as possible. Our phones are highly stimulating and have millions of things to do on them. Going on a social media app for just 5 minutes exposes you to hundreds of things that can offset your energy and take you away from your own life. I realized that I must put more energy into my own life instead of wasting it looking at what other people are doing. I have my notifications on Do Not Disturb 24/7 which has helped.

There are so many things that I have done to get to this point. It’s not as simple as just listing them out. It’s deeper than that. It’s altering your subconscious beliefs through various methods. Realizing how valuable time is.

Changing your energy and connecting to your higher self is key. I kind of feel like I switch between two different people. My old self that has gone through so much subconscious programming throughout my life, and my higher self which only knows unconditional love. I am now at a point where I am more aligned with myself on a regular basis than I ever have before. I have no desire to ever say anything bad about anyone now. I view everyone from a place of compassion. I recognize the power of words and the importance of protecting your energy. I am actively removing all subconscious programming to align better with my higher self.

If you are reading this, you are amazing. I respect anyone who desires to change their life and form a deeper connection with themselves. It is not an easy journey; there are times when it is very difficult, which is necessary to facilitate growth. But I promise you that it is highly rewarding and makes you view life from an entirely new and amazing perspective.
